The original construction plans saw the facade to be stripped back to its original vertical bars, establishing the basis of corporate design PH1. Following that decision to return to the historical facade, the building's appearance was transformed entirely. As they were back in the day, the facade's vertical bars are now the most dominant element. The new Pressehaus corporate identity unifies a tripartite ensemble of press café, original building as well as an additional corner building yet to be built.
Pressehaus am Alex's fresh visual identity is based on these design principles. Three vertical graphical elements create the design grid for the homepage as well as for various print applications.
